Paula Olivarez
Lead HR Generalist
Paula Olivarez is the Lead HR Generalist at "the" Victory Employer Services, bringing a wealth of experience from her background in education. She holds a Bachelor degree in University Studies with a concentration in Integrative Studies from Texas Tech University, with minors in English, Communication, and Human Development & Family Studies.
Paula previously worked with Waco Independent School District as a teacher, substitute teacher, and elementary librarian aide, where she honed her skills in instructional strategies and student assessment. Her diverse experience informs her approach to human resources, ensuring a balanced and empathetic perspective in her work.

Julie Cervantes, PHR, is an HR Generalist at the Victory Employer Services with a recent background in human resources management, education, project management, and the arts. She has over a decade of experience teaching Spanish and art, and has led major cultural events like the Day of the Dead Parade in Waco. Julie holds a BFA and is pursuing a Master’s in Spanish Literature & Culture. Her expertise spans HR strategy, curriculum development, and event coordination, making her a versatile and impactful professional.
